Click Browse Files.. and find the picture you want to upload

Click Upload Files

Click Base Image, Small Image, Thumbnail, and Exclude

Click Inventory
Step 18:
Enter in Inventory
Step 19:
Make "Stock Availability" In Stock
Step 20:
Click Categories
Step 21:
Click "All Products" Parent Category and Sub Category
Step 22:
Click Save
